Book Bags
As part of our dedication and commitment to developing young learners, we offer themed book bags for check out that you and your child can explore together. New themes are created over time, so be sure to check back often.
Designed for our youngest library customers (ages 0–2), each book bag contains a mix of durable, baby-appropriate board books and a rhyme booklet. These bags do not have a theme.
These book bags contain 6 books, including board books, and a folder with suggestions for songs, fingerplays, and activities for very young children.
These book bags contain 10 books and a folder with suggestions for songs, fingerplays, and activities. The themes for these bags are things such as Silly Fun, Weather, Feelings, Counting, and Colors.
These book bags have themes that kids often have questions about, such as adoption, race, and autism spectrum. They are intended for kids ages 4–8 and contain 6–10 books and a folder with resources and ideas for sharing.
Ready for School with STEM Bags
These book bags are designed to build early STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) skills and include books, lesson plans, and educational toys.
