Have you ever thought about being a computer programmer or computer animator? Check out Scratch and learn to make your own games, mini-movies, and interactive stories.
Scratch is a free drag-and-drop programming language created by MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) especially for kids. No need to write complicated code, just fit puzzle piece instructions together to tell your program what to do. It’s a lot of fun, easy to do, and all it requires is a computer and an internet connection (sorry, it’s not currently supported on mobile devices).
You can check out some examples here and once you’ve made your own, share them online. Give it a try today!
